2. Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on our services infringes your copyright, please submit a notification containing the following information:

• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, a description of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.

4. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
